Ann Harrell of Jensen Beach, Fla., died Saturday at her home.
She was born at Tillar, Ark., a daughter of the late Virgil C. Harrell and Lorene W. Harrell.
She was a graduate of Tillar High School and attended Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas prior to earning degrees from the University of Missouri at Columbia and Washington University at St. Louis.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for 31 years as a teacher, coach and director of physical education, athletics and recreation for the Bayless School District in St. Louis County, Mo.
She was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Tillar Cemetery. Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Service at McGehee. |
