Dr Juilet M NEWELL was born in Bartons, St Catherine on July 5th 1938. She attended carron Hall Vocational School and graduated in 1958. Some say she was one of the most nice person they ever met. She was kind and gentle to all whom she came in contact. This followed through her life.  She was a student matron and after graduation she returned to Carron Hall and worked for awhile, then went on to CAST, now UTECH. She migrated to the USA sometime and also to Canada and Africa. She then went back home and eventually Opened her own import export company in Clarendon. 

She passed away on January 14th 2013 at her home in May Pen, Clarendon. Her memories is cherished by sisters, Norma, Lunette, Nellie, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and a host of friends and acquaintances. Funeral Services was held at Mandeville SDA Church, 13A Calidonia Road Mandeville on Sunday January 27, 2013 at 10 Am. Viewing of the body prior to service. Interment at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Dunsinaine, Mandeville, Manchester. Complete arrangements entrusted to the care of Phillips & Son Funeral Services Limited.
