In Pine Hill elementary school, Dan inviting me to his house for a shake after school. He made a great shake and for an elementary school kid... I was impressed. Who knew he would grow up to be a fantastic chef? Dan had a great family. His mother was our cafeteria chaperone (can't remember if we called her the 'lunch lady'?) She also read stories to us and she could read so well.
I saw Dan when he came up to visit Kevin Noonan a long time ago, and that was the last time.
