A big geek with raging hormones. I had crushes on quite a few of the girls. I knew quite a few people and generally had a great time.

My big plan was to go to either Georgia Tech or believe it or not Florida Southern. I ended up at St Petersburg Junior College. My mother bless her heart had shielded me from the stark reality that we were poor. I was working when I was 15 so I had a bit of money to put myself through junior college. I had actually a partial scholarship to Georgia Tech but I couldn't afford the rest.

My ten year memories are great. I felt like everyone from high school thought I was just a a big geek loser. None of the girls that I liked cared from me beyond being a friend so it was a really good feeling to come back after just coming off tour with MTV. I looked good, I felt great and I had some cool stories to tell. But there was something missing, not many of you were at the reunion it seemed...

Even less people attended this reunion but it was great to visit with those of you that were there. A crazy thing happened to me there though. The valet service lost the keys to my brand new truck! My wife and I spent time drinking and eating for free on the hotel with Larry Forbish and his wife in the hotel lobby bar while they had a locksmith figure out how to make one of the "new at the time" keys with a chip in it. He even had to follow us home to get us in our house, which in contrast even with a deadbolt took, and I am not kidding when I say this, 10 seconds to get in!
