Just wanted to check and see if anyone has an AIM account.. (AOL Instant Message). Mine's hezamaciah@aol.com and I'm on every day between 8 and 5. It's a pretty handy way to talk to someone instantly. I keep in touch with alot of people through that. It's easy to set up. Like I said, just checking. BTW Hezamaciah is an old 'pet' name my grandparents used to call me.. LOL If you have one, please let me know so I can add you to my contacts.

Djuana Young (Jeffries) I remember a birthday party we had for Trisha at my parents house. If I remember right we were in 10th grade. I think someone hid in the back of Lori's car after we watched some werewolf movies, and completely freaked her out! Was that the same party or are we getting all our parties confused?

Michelle Dunfee (Bobo) I think that was different party. I remember going out the car with Lori and yeah you are right, they really did scare her. I kinda remember Angie's party, but I hated my prom date so I drank alot so that I would not remember. I can't believe we have 39 people coming to the reunion. I am so excited.

Riki Porter there was a prom party @angie's.-senior year.i think it was sequoia that walked into the doors.i remember c.jarvis playing quarters with michelle's date.he rolled the quarter down his nose and picked michelle's date every time to drink.he was trashed when brian and i left.

Ok, so the week after the reunion are we going to have an 'AA' support group for those that fell off the wagon? LOL. I never had the chance to drink in high school (wasnt allowed to go anywhere) so I suppose that I am making up for it now. Although, I think I remember the last day of school when we busted butt to get through graduation practice and we went to the lake, and well we all had to "party hardy" lol. That was a fun trip home for me. I had Kevin Mace give me a ride home, we were jammin to the radio, singin and smoking mini cigars....what a ride that was. I was hammered and Kevin kept telling me...."oh, just dont talk and they will not think anything of it.." My parents never said anything to me, so either I got by with it or they never figured it out.
So, Yeah Im coming Friday night, and Sat. night...so whoevers in charge...Start me a tab.....cause im gonna need it...lol.

Arnold, that's funny! Yesterday at my parent's house my mom said, "I didn't realize you guys drank that much?" I told her that I really didn't, it wasn't every weekend or anything like that. (not that SOME of us DIDN'T do that!) I don't think she believed me? I am almost forty, no reason to lie now... Maybe we should throw some of our "reunion fund" monies towards taxi's for after the OU event(it wraps up at midnight) I think we should all go uptown afterwards?

Arnold Johnston Oh yeah, we will definately need some DD's that night. I dont know if my girlfriend is going to drink or not but I am sure she will drive, I have a blazer we can lay the seats down inthe back and pack a bunch of our drunk butts in there...lol.

For the class...
First off my memories don't last as long as most of yours because I was not able to join the great class of 89 till middle school, but from there it was one helluva ride. And Heather...lol Jen reminded me that you use to call me Arnie..(which for some reason used to bother me until i came to Fed Hock)and I reminded her that she and Glenna used to call me "KootaKintay" when we were reading the great 'Roots' in Ms. Wilhelms class.
Jen and I also was talking about when Ms. Wilhelm used to write song lyrics on the board and how flippin boring it was. However I will never forget the 20 minute disertation we got when Sequoia wanted to do the song "I want a new drug", and the look on her face when Tammy Welch wanted to write 'Beat it'.

Speaking of music-Our DJ asked me for a general idea of music "needs". My personal thoughts were, some fun 80's music (variety) especially something we can dance to and then I asked him if he could mix in some current stuff. He is a young pup from Athens, just had his big ten year reunion last summer, but he DJ's all over Athens-for both bars & events like ours so he assured me he had old 80's music. (he didn't say old) Might have lost the gig if he had. Ha/Ha I'll be sure he has Electric Avenue!
