Billy was the kindest guy I ever knew. We grew up together in Stinnett. He was like a brother to me. Everyone use to think we were boyfriend & Girlfriend. He was always at my house after school, every snow storm or dust storm when they turned school out he was always at my house. We kept in touch all these years, he came to see me in early 70"s when I lived in Venice. We had spoken this year, twice and he was happy, still feeding the homeless at the beach and bringing them water. He had a lot of pride and didn't like you taking his picture. He was always a nice looking guy. He lived his life to the fullest, never met a stranger. I am so sad that he had to die alone. They really don't know what happen, but I think he ha a heart attack and hit the curb and rolled his truck. He was dead when police arrived. I pray someone passing said a prayer for him. I know he is in heaven meeting my Norm for the first time and seeing my Momma. He loved her so much. I pray you all have good memories of Billy and know if he kept in touch with you, YOU WERE SPECIAL TO HIM. May he rest in piece. HE HAD MADE ARRANGEMENTS with the Neptune Society to be cremated and his ashes thrown out to sea at the beach where he made so many friends. God Bless Him. Keep the light on, we will see you again someday. I LOVE YOU MY SWEETHEART OF A FRIEND. JANET EVANS
