Sheilah Walker, 66, of Stinnett, TX, passed away, Thursday June 6, 2013.

Sheilah Walker was born September 13, 1946 in Borger, TX to F.D. “Bud” and Delores (Bagwell) Yount.

Sheilah is preceded in death by her father F.D. “Bud” Yount  and stepfather Calvin D. Duncan.

In 1964 she married Skip Walker in Graham, TX. and a lifelong resident of Stinnett and raised two children Russell Walker and Leslie Solomon

Survivors include her husband Skip Walker, one son, Russell and his wife Wendi Walker of Fritch, TX. one daughter Leslie Solomon of Amarillo TX, mother Delores Duncan of Stinnett, and two sisters Diana and husband Jimmy Shelton of Stinnett, TX. and Cynthia and husband Leon Swopes of Stinnett, TX. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Kirstyn, Traysha, Marissa, and Ty and one great granddaughter Maci.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 10, 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Stinnett with Pastor Mike Donathan officiating. Burial will follow at Stinnett Cemetery in Stinnett, TX.

Viewing will be at Brown Chapel in Stinnett on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M and Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 P.M.
