09/12/08 11:07 PM #7     Sally Webb (McMasters) Jennifer, To answer your questions...after I have a total number, I will know how and when I need to collect the fee. Per the restaurant's policy, an upfront fee is only necessary for a set number of attendees...if we meet that number, I would prefer prepayment. So, I do need to know which members will be bringing a spouse/guest. Once I have final numbers, I will notify the class of the payment details. Thanks, Sally
