STREATOR — Marlan A. "Moe" Harlacher, 69, of Streator, passed away at 1:24 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, at his residence in Streator.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ancona Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffery Austin Jr., Zandar Austin, A.J. Harlacher and Anthony Harlacher. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Born June 28, 1942, in Streator, he was the son of Anthony and Viola (Allen) Harlacher. He married Judy Miller on Jan. 20, 1961, in Streator. She survives in Streator.

He is also survived by a son, Marlan A. "Tony" (Jonella) Harlacher of Streator; grandchildren, Georgean (Jeffrey) Austin of Streator, Anthony Harlacher of Streator, Andrew Harlacher and A.J. Harlacher of Streator; great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Austin Jr. and Zandar; a brother, George (Barb) Harlacher of Iowa; and stepgrandchildren, Jon and Joe Wagner.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, George A. Harlacher.

Born and raised in Streator, he attended Streator schools.

He worked for Plymouth Tube for 32 years. He was a member of the Streator Eagles Club.
