Sharon Kear (Hostetler)
Sharon and I attended Sherman school and walked home together for lunch. I went to my grandmother's house. Grandma lived on Main Street. Directly across from her house was a home with a large Buckeye tree. Sharon and I always stopped to pick buckeyes up off the ground. We each had quite a collection. I have often wondered how long she kept her treasures. I kept mine in a brown paper bag for years. I am betting she did too.
