Jack Rhodes, 63, formerly of 2028 S. Bloomington St., died at 8:15 a.m.,  Monday, Sept. 6, 2004, at Camelot Terrace.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday at Winterrowd Funeral home.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mallorie and Tyler McCloskey; Tabitha, Brandon and Alivia Spellious; and Isabell Vietti.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.

Born July 4, 1941, in Streator, he was the son of Aaron and Reba (Laycott) Rhodes.

Surviving are daughters, Natalie (Mrs. Bill) Vietti and Kimberly (Mrs. Thad) Spellious, both of Streator; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; a sister, Marian Cochran of Phoenix, Ariz.; and his former wife, Donna Pagoria of Flowermound, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Paul, Donald and Kenneth.

He was self-employed as a body man.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
