Mike was a childhood friend who endured a life of challenges. I always remember his Mickey Mouse two-wheeler bike--hit of the neighborhood.

Eighth grade!!!!!!
He was the hunk of Northlawn. I was so thrilled when he came to my house one night to help me with my math. Later in life I would see him at the nursing home when I visited my father and remember the Mike he was and how cruel life had been to him.
