Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home

  Memorials may be made directed to the family

Born July 25, 1953, in Streator,
he was the son of Earl and Josephine (Guyon) Stimpert Sr.
He married Roma Moore in July of 1996.

Survivors include his wife, Roma Moore:
3 Daughters: 
Shey (Jeremy) Tegardin of New Jersey,
Jade Stimpert of Kentucky
Danielle Stimpert of Long Point;

1 Son:  Travis Stimpert of Streator;
2 Stepsons: Matthew Zeilman of Arizona
Lucas Zeilman of Long Point;

2 Sisters:  Janice (Harry) Callahan
Marcia (Randy) Day, both of Streator;

3 Brothers:  Dana (Marge) Stimpert of Florida
Tom (Penny) Stimpert of Wisconsin
Bob (Brenda) Stimpert of Streator

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Born and raised in Streator, he attended St. Stephen's Grade School and graduated from Woodland High School. He lived in the Streator and Long Point areas for his lifetime. He worked through the years for Thatcher's Glass Company and was currently working for Tyson Foods in Ottawa.

Earl was a great guy who will be missed by all whose lives he touched. We had some great high school memories...that will live for many years to come...May God Bless his family through these difficult times!
