had to quit school in my junior year 1961 to enter into the air force
due to several problems at home. serverd four years, discharged in 1965 went right to work for the government for the department of
defense at near by sheppard air force base, retired with 42ys in march
2002. went to work for the texas dept of criminal justice prison system
may 2002 as a asst. commissary manager, retired in May 2014, presently looking for another job to start another career had a heart
attack of all days 06/06/06 doing ok now. i have visited streator several times recently as sept 2011 as i still have family and friends
that still live in streator, i could not get over how the town has changed.
Enjoy traveling, taken an Alaskan cruise June 2012, Balloon Fiesta in
Albuquerque NM, Oct 2012, Padre Island Apr 2013, trip to Disney World by
auto Oct 2013, like to go to Casino's in Oklahoma and Louisiana, going to
State Fairs in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana going to NCAA Football games.
Made a trip to San Antonio in April 2014 to take in all of the Mexican fiestas
and parades, enjoyed the River Walk. Just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in March 2015 with a trip to Waikii Beach and Kaanapoli Beach in
Maui Hawaii.

Visited Streator the week of 4th of July 2018, meet my new extended family, got to attend breakfast get together with class of 62 class mates

Have a new addition to the family, a Rotwiler puppy this past Nov, she is keeping us old folks on out toes, getting ready to attend an obidence class.

I was changing classes and had to go to my locker to get my books and papers
for the next class and I could not get the lock to open, then I noticed that I
was at the wrong locker and it made me late for Ms Swansons class. She asked why I was late and told her what happened and the whole class
laughed.
