Out of high school I attended Central Baptist College in Conway. In 1990 I graduated with an associate of arts degree. In 1990 I moved to Magnolia to attend Southern Arkansas University. I married Monty Malone in December 1990. We moved back to Conway in 1994 and my husband went to work for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service as an agrononmy technician. I was a stay at home mom for a few years and then went back to school to finish my bachelors degree at at UAPB. I graduated from UAPB in 1997 and had our second child. I went to work for the UofA cooperative extension service as the 4-H agent. I worked for extension for 5 years and then our family moved to Searcy. We lived in Searcy from 2002-2004 while my husband worked for Delta King Seed Company as a research agronomist. In 2004 I went back to work for the extension service in Conway and have been working there as the County Extension Agent Family and Consumer Sciences. My husband took a job in DeWitt at Hornbeck Seed Company in September 2007. We still live in Conway. My children and my job have kept me very busy. My oldest is now 15 and I am dreading the fact that she is almost legal to drive. Where has time gone. My children span the ages from 15, 10, 7, and 3. How fun to get to experience teenagers, pre-teen, middle childhood and preschool all at the same time.Ha! Ha! I would love to hear from any of you guys. Sad I haven't kept up with any friends from stuttgart.
