Cathy Stratton (Hildebrand)

Hey, everyone. I finally got on here last week, 'cause our good friend Shannon Marks kept scolding me since I wasn't checking it out! Boy, lots been going on with you!

Tammy... what's this about running a school? That's fantastic! Glad it's you, and not me, 'cause I have a hard enough time trying to straighten out my own 2 monkeys, much less anyone else's! That's a hard job!

Scott R... so great to catch up on you a little (a lot) Your family is gorgeous, and I'm glad they got to talk to their grandma.

David... Glad you this close to home. Wish you felt better! I told Kerry a while back that I couldn't believe you were leaving again! You know Trevor's at my house about every day, but I haven't really gotten all the details, so glad to catch up on here.

Beth D... Jake's ftbl games start tomorrow. He's on a team w/ Carter Ward, though, and I don't think I'll have to worry about Coach Scott. Better luck! Love to see you next time you're in town.

David- so glad to here that you are back in the states. I know that seeing your wife and kids is just as helpful in the healing process as any medacine can be. I am sure it is a relief to them also to know that you are here and safe. Thanks again for all that you are doing and going through for all of us. Let us know if there is anything we can do or send you that will make your recovery easier and faster! You and all the other soldiers are in our thoughts and prayers daily!

Tammy- Glad to hear the new job is going well!

Hope everyone has had a great weekend. Back to reality tomorrow.... :-(

There was a tragedy this morning. Mrs. Micki Ann Frizzell was killed by a train. The train hit her drivers door. I don't know if she ever saw it coming. She must have been on her way to work. PRAY for her family. Tammy Frizell Browning is her daughter and she was in the class of 88.

Jil Bailey (Amaden)

Scott, i am so happy for you that your mom is responding. She is in our prayers.

I am so sorry for Tammy Frizell and her family. A teacher in the teacher's lounge that used to be from Stuttgart, was saying that Ms Frizell's nephew was killed in a train crash also a few years ago in Humphrey with some other kids. So awful. Tammy and the family are in our prayers.

Beth, oh my goodness, the people need to get a grip and get on the ref's good side!! Just need to enjoy watching them and take plenty of pics and video because before we know it, they will be playing for highschool!!

Gray also had his first game Saturday. We had a blast. He plays Quarterback and he was going over and over,in the car, talking to himself, who he hands off to on this play, and that play, haha, it was so cute!! They won 28 to 0. We played Beebe. We watched Spencer on Hooten's Football on tv sat morning, and Gray said, "I must get my quarterback skills from Spencer", haha, thought that was so cute!!

OK, I HAVE TO BRAG ON SPENCER A LITTLE. He is quarterback for Pulaski Academy. Friday night he made 7 touchdown passes!!, Last year he was #1 in passing in the state. Ya'll keep your eyes out for him, he is on tv about every weekend with sports. Friday night they beat Lake hamilton 63 to 35, and PA is 5A and Lake H. is #1 in 6A. We were sooo excited!! I was not there because Carlisle has an awesome team too, and my students are main players,( i video and they get to watch it on Monday, aren't i sweet), so we were at Perryville, but Traci Weaver's nephew plays for PA also, and she was texting me scores. We go to most all SPence's games at PA. Also, Traci's nephew Cody caught an interception !!!! Go Cody!!! OK, one more brag, Joshua is the quarterback coach at PineBluff and they beat Warren badly, his quarterback is in the paper a lot too. Pine Bluff's program has totally turned around since STuttgart's coach Bolding (might be spelled wrong), and Joshua went there.

Jil~ I just got back from seeing Sammy, Tammy & Morgan and I think they are all still in SHOCK like I would be. Mrs. Micki Ann was headed to the track on 10th street to walk. She went every morning and she just didn't look and see the train coming. Her nephew was also killed by a train, but it was a few years ago. Those kids were all killed and they have a scholorship called the "ABCD" This is the 1st letter in each child that got killed. B is for Brady (I think that was his name) Frizzell and the D Danielle White who use to be in lots of pagents. I didn't know the others. This will be very hard on Tammy, Sammy & Morgan and the grandkids. She was such a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL lady. Talk to you later.

Teresa~ How's ya'lls house coming? Have ya'll started building yet? I haven't see you in awhile (not even @ Wal-Mart) and that's where I see everyone! LOL

Fred Blood (Blood)

Thank you all for your thoughts. Bailey is doing good. She was not suppose to be here until this coming Monday the 29th, but I guess she had her own agenda. She weighed 5 lbs 8ozs and was 18.5 inches long. Right now her mom and I are having some very late nights. There is nothing like a 3 A.M. Feeding and Diaper change.

25/09/08 09:15 PM #837

Scott Robnett

Thanks everyone for the prayers for Mom. Unfortunately, she relapsed back into her "normal" state of not talking, etc. Keep sending up those prayers!

Fred Blood, I can't tell you how happy I am for you and your wife. She is gorgeous! Thank God for your wife, right? Hey everyone always says that to me, so I took the opportunity to say it to you. Congratulations!

Jil, you need to let me know when all of you are going to be at PA, I would love to come watch him play.

Hannah, did you find out what we get to do at the gymnastics thing on the 12th by getting there early? I haven't told Abigail about that part yet. She is about to wear my eardrums out asking me if it is close to Oct 12th!

Cathy S- So glad to hear from you. It has been a long time since I have seen you. Thanks for the compliments about my family....really been blessed here... How is your family?

Tammy W- Where are you a principal? I ran into Bishop, and he said they have moved up here too! You move here, and drag everyone with you. Let me know what school, I have GOT to come see you crack that whip!

Teresa- What in the world are you up to? I was down in Stuttgart Tuesday, and I thought I saw you, but I wasn't sure.

Beth C- Where are you?

25/09/08 10:50 PM #838

Jason Holt

Robnett. You forgot to call me back today. Call me in the morning.

25/09/08 11:03 PM #839

Hannah Hancock (Maier)

scott~ Ok You were in Stuttgart and didn't call??? WHAT???? I will find out more later about the pre-show!! Heck we will go in as a group! Don't worry be HAPPY!! Which sisters are going wth you?

26/09/08 11:05 AM #840

Jil Bailey (Amaden)

Fred, your baby is beautiful. I noticed her name is Bailey Jaiden, and my little girl's name is Bailey Jade. Thought that was neat. We named Bailey after of course my maiden name, but as for Jade, we couldn't think of a middle name on the way to the hospital, and i just came up with Jade because that was Brooke Shield's name in "Endless Love" and i loved that movie, haha!

26/09/08 11:13 AM #841

Sharanda Hobbs (Daniels)

Jill, I saw where your nephew was Landers Player of the Week. He's becoming a household name in Arkansas. Tell him to keep up the good work. Where is he looking to go after PA?

26/09/08 06:09 PM #842

Scott Robnett

Hannah, it will be Metta and Hallie, the twins. Bonnie is going to be out of town, so she won't be there. I thought about calling, but I had one of my overseas guys with me, and I KNOW you wouldn't want to sit with him. Great guy, but kinda goofy.

Everyone have a great weekend, should be great weather.

27/09/08 03:32 PM #843

Shannon Morgan (Mayville)

Hello everyone. I haven't been on her in a while. I have bought a home in Fayetteville and been moving. If anyone is in the area call me!!

I have been traveling and in St. Loius this week for a conference.

Scott R.-will keep saying prayers for you, your family, and your mom. I have been there and done that and I know what you are going through.

Everybody have a good weekend.

29/09/08 09:48 AM #844

Hannah Hancock (Maier)

Scott~ I told Samantha that the twins were going and she was EXCITED!

All Former Ricebird Cheerleaders~ Homecoming this year will be introducing all Alumni's. Please contact Ranae Ward if you are going to be in town and would like to participate. Thanks

Hope everyone is doing great.

30/09/08 09:46 AM #845

Jil Bailey (Amaden)

Sharanda, i am glad you saw that, yea, that was neat, a really big deal, i like how they talked about his 4.3 gradepoint, he is sooo smart!! not sure, i think he is looking hard a SMU, don't know if he will want to do sports, but i know he loves that college. He plays basketball year round also. THANKS!! JIL

Hannah, not sure of the date, but Carlisle HC is the 10th and SPencer's is the 17, so i know i wont' be at Stuttgarts if one of those two dates.

This weekend is CArlisle JR High Homecoming and Bailey was picked as 7th grade maid, we are excited, she is growing up!!! THey pick 9th grade queen and then 3 maids in each grade, our queen is Caroline Moery, which is Amy Harris's niece, we are tickled for them!!

Ok, i can't remember, how does Stuttgart vote on High school HC? OUr highschool homecoming is so strange to me. THe team votes on a captain, then whoever he happened to have asked to walk is queen. Don't most people VOTE on their queen?

30/09/08 09:52 AM #846

Hannah Hancock (Maier)

Jil~ Stuttgart has a list of all the seniors that have a certain grade point and good behavior. Then the student body votes. Then the Principal announces the court. We have 11 girls on court. The student body will vote again on Oct. 1st for a Queen out of those 11 girls. The football players don't even get to walk the girls. THey are escorted by their dads. It's so different these days.

30/09/08 11:03 AM #847

Jil Bailey (Amaden)

hannah, wow, that's crazy that the players are not involved at all. The dad's walk our girls at night also, but we have a really nice coronation on stage in our auditorium in the day time where the football players walk them and are announced, etc.
yes, everything is sooo different. Do ya'll still have spring fling for jr high like we did that year, or do ya'll have jr high homecoming?

01/10/08 10:30 AM #848

Hannah Hancock (Maier)

Jil~ We have a spring fling dance for 7th & 8th graders. They don't do Jr High Homecoming anymore.

Where is everyone at?

Hey Y'all

I have not been on here in a while so I've been catching up on everything.

Beth - Brian is my cousin and is doing well in Dallas. My brothers name is Lynn but many of y'all did not know him because he was older.

David - I don't think that I've seen you since I worked with Fonda! I am praying for you and happy to hear that you are doing a little better. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for serving our country. You have been in 3 wars and that is just, well, heroic in my eyes.

Scott - I am praying for your mother and for you.

Tammy W. - Congrats on your job! I have just started subbing this year on the days that Eli is in preschool. Boy have things changed since we were in school!

I have nagged Ginger Edmonson Graham to get on here but she says she is just too busy. I am also working on getting an email address for Ron Spooner.

Favorite t.v. show was MTV. Favorite movie was 16 Candles. And favorite cartoon was Laugholympics(is that what it was called?)
