I've lived in the Conway area since 1990. I graduated from UCA with a BA in Communications, History minor. I spent several years as a sales rep at Honda World in Conway from 1995-1999. Still unsure of what to be when I grew up, I had a brief stint as a Fireman for the City of Conway. In 2000 I decided to get into banking where I have enjoyed success in the Conway market.
I met my wife in an interesting way :)
Back in December 1992, my old buddy Price Dooley, then VP of RHA on the UCA campus, asked me on short notice to stand in as Santa Claus for a campus function. I had a cold and wasn't in the mood to be particularly jolly. Price then proceeded to explain that there would be lots of women wanting to sit on Santa's lap for pictures. All of a sudden, I felt much better! That evening, a beautiful redhead was among the many who told Santa what she wanted for Christmas. I knew immediately that she was the one. I proposed to her in May the next year. We've been happily married since May of 1994.
I have 2 wonderful children, Megan, age 9, and Mason, age 7. My wife Terina is a 12 year employee at Vilonia middle school as the middle school librarian.
One fun fact I'd like to share: If anyone out there watches America's Funniest Home Videos, you may have seen my daughter. Back in 2002, she was the 2nd place winner on one of the weekly contests. As a toddler, she made a face that closely resembled a serious looking president George Bush. We were flown to Hollywood and had a great time taping the episode. She was dubbed "Bush Baby" and can occasionally still be seen in reruns!
