Okay, I went to Ricks (as it will always be called in our house - there is no Y in "Ricks") for a year after high school and then off to Korea for my mission. Obviously someone in Salt Lake thought that impressive D average GPA meant that I could learn a foriegn language like Korean. Somehow I did - obviously a miracle. I came home for another year of school at Ricks and finally decided to quit fighting with Nicki after dating since my Junior year at Sugar and I married her. Somehow that has stuck too - another miracle for those that remember how nice we were to one another in school.
We moved to Boise so I could attend BSU and get a degree in Communications and eventually muscle my old man out of his job at Ricks and take over. I did get the degree, but I've pretty much been in sales ever since. We've moved back to eastern Idaho twice (once for two years and once for one). Our 4 kids have decided Meridian is home, so I guess this is where we'll stay.
I love Sugar though. When my little brother (Brady) was killed in 9/11 I have never seen such kindness and love in my life. You guys, your families and your neighbors were instrumental in really pulling us through those dark days. The outpouring at his funeral was unbelievable. Thank you SO MUCH.
Nicki is YW President (Who'd of seen that one coming?) and I am the Gospel Doc teacher and pretty much make up my lessons and create my own parables. I quit my job and started a trailer company. I sell ATV, snowmobile, jetski, motorcycle and utility trailers to dealerships all over ID, OR, WA, MT and soon in NV and UT. We have three awesome daughters and one spoiled boy who does most everything with me. I'm sad to see them grow up, but we are having a blast together right now and life is wonderful.
