I worked full time after high school because I didn't want to go to college. After 12 years, I went back to BCC part time and got my Associates degree in 2007. I am now a full time student at UMass Dartmouth. I'm a Psychology major and will graduate in May 2010(better late than never). I plan to go right to grad school to get my masters in Psychology/LMHC, so I can be a guidance/adjustment counselor in a middle or high school. I quit my full time job two 1/2 years ago and moved back home, so my grandmother wouldn't have to go into a nursing home. This decision allowed me to go to school full-time while working part-time (til 10/19 when I get laid off). I am hoping the internship I am doing this semester for school will lead to a job when I graduate in May.
