Lets see...attended UVM for 3 semesters right after MVU and in that time period met my first love and ended up moving to Maryland. Completed school at Frostburg State University and graduated in 1995 with a degree in sociology. Until my senior year I was planning on getting a professional degree in Social Work but interned at a battered women's shelter and quickly realized I would end up a social worker in jail as I would have hurt someone over the children I came into contact with! So, I ended up working in a field I was good at...sales and management. The relationship that brought me to Maryland ended after 7 years but by then I was settled here and decided to stay. I had my girls in 2000 and 2001 and realized that my career path needed to change so I began to develop a business plan as I have always wanted to work for myself. It took six more years before it became a reality, but on March 31, 2007 I opened the doors of my store.

My girls are now in 2nd and 3rd grade and so full of life. I am very thankful for all that God has provided and protected me from. I look forward to seeing you all in August!
