Location Survey

The purpose of this survey is to determine when and where we would like to meet.  Please remember that many family members have children that are in school, and given our geograhical locations schools tend to have different schedules.  

 

So Summer tends to be the best time to have an event or Christmas time.

 

When voting or selecting a location, please remember that if you live in the selected host city, you will effectively be the host. There will be expectations about being able to provide storage for food storage, recommending activities, and a considerable amount of leg work to ensure stuff happens prior to the arrival of the family.
