School Story:
I came to the US from the Caribbean in 1997 in search for a better opportunity, as my dad was already living in Washington. I got admitted to Mt. Tahoma as a Junior and graduated in 1999 with honors. I immediately started attending Community college (TCC) and I did about 2yrs with no vision for a specific carreer. For the first year I concentrated mainly on general classes, but my second year i decided to focus more towards the Computer field. I completed a certification in Computer Electonics, but I wanted to get into a different segment of IT as Computer Electronics just wasn't my thing. I did not know exaclty what area i wanted to focus on, but I seeing that i was already gaining the experience at a computer retail store as a sales assoc. and then a computer technician, i decided to focus on Computer Networking. I transfered to DeVry University to complete my BA in Computer Networking. In 2006 i graduated with a BA in Technical Mngt. with an emphasis in Network Communication. I then got a job working at a Microsoft Datacenter in Tukwila and have been working their since.
