Since graduating from high school, I have completed college with a degree is school counseling, taught 6th grade multiple subjects and 8th grade language arts. I worked on a grant for three years as a school counselor, and now I'm back in the classroom as a 1st grade teacher. I married Shawn in 1997. Our first child, Alexander, was born in 2001 and our second child, Jillian, was born in 2004.
