Senior Ambition: To play for the Los Angeles Dodgers and make two million dollars a year.
After high school, I attended Kent State on a baseball scholarship. After experiencing team and personal success on the diamond, I played professionally for 3 years with the Yankees and Astros. In 1995, I met my wife, Kim, in Colorado on leadership project for Christian athletes. We accepted a campus chaplain position in 1997 at a university in London, Ontario where all 3 of our children were born. After having the twins in 2002, we decided to move closer to Kim's family in Reading, PA in 2003, having been there ever since. Received my Master's Degree in Education and am now teaching 6th grade and coaching high school baseball and middle school basketball in the school district in which we live.
Presently, my wife, Kim, is a middle school phys. ed. teacher and high school field hockey coach. My son, Jacob, is a freshman at Liberty University studying Digital Media and runs for the school's cross country and track teams. My twin daughters, Bryn and Reagan, are high school juniors. They are nationally ranked high school field hockey players, involved in musicals, and compete for the high school's track team. Needless to say, we are very busy family!! But, we wouldn't have it any other way.
