Ditto on the nice Job with this site -- I think the 50 Year Old B-day party sounds like fun -- I know I missed the reunion so this would be a great opportunity for us to get together again. Let me know what I can do --

My sister Terri was my date to our 30th reunion and I am her date for the Class of '79's. We have a room at the hotel so any 78'ers who might be in the area are more tnan welcome to hang out with us for the weekend.

Sounds great to me! Did you get some of the Boones Farm that she brought to our reunion? We passed some around at the after parties. It gave me a wicked headache!

Tony,

I would like to personally thank you and your staff on my behalf for this website. This couldn't come at a better time when our economy is still tilted towards a downward spiral. To offer our great class of wonderful people our own free website is definitely a noble cause. It's initiative, faith and good purpose like this that has made our country great.

Best Regards,
Randy

VOTE to have Woody & The WoodTones play the 50th Year party if it is thrown!

Crazy Gary was the Only guy with a band in th years of disco, and they even played the freshman orientation the year we all started Chamberlain.

And they play some real fine music too.

Just saying......

Hey Fellow Chiefs!!! Even though we don't feel a day over 21 - the fact remains that we will all be 50 this year!!! Let's get the party started!!! It's time to nail down a date, place, etc. for our BIG one!!! Ideas anyone??? Date? Place? With the upcoming winter in Buffalo fast approaching - and little hope of spending time watching the Bills win lots of games - I would be happy to do all I can to help plan our fun party - sitting beside my fireplace as I watch the snow fall outside my window! Should we form a "50th birthday party committee"? Tony - we love you - and you've been fantastic organizing all of our events. We want to help with this one - and allow you some time to relax and enjoy!!! Just give us some direction, ideas, etc. We should all pitch in on this party - afterall - it's for all of us!!! Love to all, Kathi Gordon Sullivan

Good idea Kathy! I always like the idea of a hospitality suite for our hotel-based parties and would be happy to contribute.

Well well Chamberlain High!  Glad to see that there are still some folks on here.

Funny that I just found out about the recent get together of the class of 80.  Nice of them to invite us.

One of these days I'll actually get to go to one of these reunions.

Those needing custom guitars or basses feel free to contact me!

If you can dream it, we can build it!

My complements to 40th Reunion Organizational Team for putting together a great event. I believe this reunion was one of the best ones yet. It was great to reconnect with all my classmates.

Thanks Leeanne and others for putting together our 40th reunion!   Everyone - even those of us who couldn't attend - appreciate the time and effort you and others put into this.  I hope to attend the 50th!

And thanks as usual to Tony Cappadoro for running this site.  Best Wishes Fellow Chiefs!

I keep checking the site to see if COVID has affected my classmates.  I went on Social Security at age 60 because I was a widow.  Since most of my classmates are the same age, if your spouse has passed and you are interested in early retirement, you can start collecting benefits from your spouse and allow YOUR benefits to grow.  You will not get the penalty for early retirement.  There was an article in the AARP magazine this month that states people born in 1960 will get a 9.1 percent lower than expected benefit because of the way social security is calculated.  This is about $119 less per month for life than expected.  It is caused by the pandemic economic shutdown.

Our 45th reunion was wonderful. there was a great turn out and everyone had a great time. The food was excellent. Thank you so very much to Clayton, Julie, Leanne and Tony for putting together a great event. Looking forward to our 50th reunion, which will be here before you know it.

Thanks again,

Gary Kromer
