**IF it rains, we do have a backup location at the Tarpon/ Sawyer Room in the Tradewinds Lobby area**

Hors D'oeuvres, Music, Credit Card Bar,  and catching up with old(er) classmates!
**Nice Casual Attire - nice tops, shorts and flip flops are OK.

For those who purchased Advance Tickets:

**You will not receive paper tickets.
Names will be added to a Check-In List**

1. Daily parking is included in the ticket price.
When you arrive at the guard gate, your name will be on a list. 
 ALUMNI name is on the list (not the spouse)
 

2. On the evening of each event, simply go to the
Check-In table and get your wristbands and nametag to enter
