Linda was born August 17, 1951 and passed away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona in January 1983. She was survived by her husband Dan, 2 sons and a daughter.

Linda and I became very good friends. The first year after graduation when alot of us went to BC, we rode the bus together everyday. She was one of the bridesmaids at my wedding.

She met Dan Grantham and they eventually married and moved away. She did come back to visit though. The last time I saw her, she brought her little girl with her. She was about the same age as my son Andy. We had a good laugh since the two little ones were both showing off their very "strong wills" to one another. I have thought alot about her over the years. She was a good friend.

Linda and I had several things in common including both having to move away for awhile due to our father's job transfers. We ended up in the same area and continued our friendship until we were both able to return to Tehachapi, which we both missed.
After moving back, I remember spending the night at her house one summer night, sleeping in lawn chairs in the back yard and watching the night sky. You might recall that "falling stars" could easily be seen in Tehachapi's dark sky of that era (not so sure about today).
Linda's star fell too soon and I have missed her. Whenever I look at the night sky in the summer, I think of her. She was a good friend.

Linda was a great friend to me. We did lots of things together but one of my favorite times with her was when the two of us went on a coastal adventure together. We drove up to San Simeon and went to Hearst Castle and some other cool places. I think it was soon after we had graduated and Anni had gone home to Denmark. Later on I was maid of honor at her wedding.
She was bright and bubbly and loved her Dan with a passion. I often think of what her children missed out on when their mommy was taken from them.
Linda, you're the best! RIP Love, Lynda
