School Story:
I moved to Temecula when it was still called Rancho-Temecula and Rancho was a dirt road. I had just moved down from Oregon and was a fish out of water culturally. I definitely was a hick by Temecula standards. Anyhow met a few friends and at the end of my 7th grade year I moved back to Oregon. Then starting high school I moved to Alaska with my dad. My freshman year was awesome in AK, Football and Ice Hockey were my school sports and skiing was every day after school.
My parents decided to move back to Oregon, and I decided to move back with my mom in Temecula. Starting my sophomore back in Temecula I was still a bit of a hick but a lot wiser. Jumped into football and ended up quitting before the season. My nickname was polar bear, since coming from AK. If anyone remembers me I was a friendly guy, but a bit awkward and didn't do well in school. I attended TVHS until the start of my 12th year, my grades sucked and wasn't going to pull off a diploma that year. I ended up transferring to Ortega, a sad excuse for a HS, but finished it up.
After my GED I went into the family business as a window installer and did that pretty successfully until went to art school. After many years in the GD field I've been fortunate to spend about 4.5 as a graphic designer for Nike, and 3.5 years with Under Armour out in Baltimore. Now Ive moved back to Oregon and running my own business and spending as much time with my girls as I can.
