We are living the happy life in Hot Springs, AR. Carl is a
fly fisherman and some of the best fly fishing in the country is right here and in NE Arkansas White River and Heber Springs. We have lots of good friends here and are always doing things with them in addition to our church where we are very active in many capacities.

Our VERY FAVORITE activities are with our daughter and her husband (married 32 years) and our GRANDCHILDREN who both graduated from U of ARKANSAS ( Roll Tide is still our favorite). We travel to Dallas 4-5 times per year for activities, parties around their pool and with our grown grandchildren and their spouses. Our granddaughter and her husband just presented us with our first GREAT grandchild so we have a new love in our lives.

We live a very happy retired life. We
are still involved in activities (mountain biking for my husband and Speed walking for me…keeps us healthy.)

We are happier than ever and loving life to the utmost…will celebrate 58 years of marriage in November.

We send thanks to Lee for creating this great communication tool for Class of ‘62.

Sure hoping we will be free of other plans so we can attend the
mini reunion possibly happening in 2024.

I remember Mel so well.  He was one of the most polite and mannerly young men in our class.  He always had a smile on his face and was very pleasant to be around.
