Harold William Biddle, 74, of Tiffin, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.

Harold was born March 3, 1940, in Tiffin, to the late Harold James Biddle and Catherine V. (King) Hupertz.

Survivors include his son, William (Jamie) Biddle of Tiffin; a daughter, Denise Hohman of Florida; stepdaughter, Renee Fields of Tiffin; nine grandchildren; a brother, Tom Biddle of Lima; and a sister, Mary (Jim) Foster of Indiana.

Harold was retired from Tiffin University where he worked in maintenance. Harold was a graduate of Columbian High School, Tiffin, and a U.S. Marine veteran serving during the Korean War.

Harold also was preceded in death by his stepfather, Joseph Hupertz; a stepson, Heath "Fudd" Fields; and two brothers, Gary Biddle and Robert Biddle.

His funeral will begin at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin.

Visitation for family and friends will be 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairmont cemetery with military honors being rendered by United Veterans Council.
