Thomas Rhedas (his Grandfather Coffman's first name) Harper was born in Tiffin, OH on July 20, 1941 to Myron Thomas and Thelma Grace (Coffman) Harper.  He attended Noble Elementary School and Tiffin Jr. High and graduated from Columbian High School in 1959.  He died at age 65 on August 23, 2006 in Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin. 

Tom had been a machinist and tool maker. He served in the Army during peacetime.  He was a member of AMVETS Post 48.

He was survived by his daughter, Denise Harper, of Tiffin, two sons, Thomas D. Harper of Tiffin and David L. Harper of Sugarhill, GA. and two grandchildren, Lydia and Nathan Harper of Sugarhill, GA.
