Karl L. Lenhart 

Karl L. Lenhart, 75, of Attica, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Cleveland Clinic.

He was born June 23, 1941, in Bloomville, to Maurice and Anna (Meisner) Lenhart. Mr. Lenhart was married to Rosemary (Predieri) Lenhart, who preceded him in death in 2007. He then married Della (Kimmel) Rishty Lenhart, who survives.

Survivors also include three children, Roberta (Kenneth) King of Attica, Rebecca (Mark Warrington) Garcia of Plymouth and Brian (Tischa) Lenhart of Norwalk; three stepchildren, Elizabeth Dara (Matthew) Bramlett of Beltsville, Maryland, Rebecca Lynn (Jonathon) Taylor of Johannesburg, South Africa, and Jacob Joseph (Laura) Rishty of Tiffin; 10 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Alohoea (Thomas) Lowrey of Bellevue; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, LeRoy Maurice Lenhart.

Karl was a graduate of Bellevue High class of 1959 and was employed at RR Donnelley for 43 years as a case maker. After retirement, he provided vehicle transfers for Schaffer Danhoff. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church, Willard, where he had a love of comforting people with food, helping with luncheons, as well as volunteered at the Sharing Kitchen through St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Tiffin. Karl was also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and a member of the Car Coddlers Club and a volunteer at Mercy Health – Willard Hospital.

His funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2017, at Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Services, 295 W. Tiffin St., Attica, with the Rev. John Buerger of First Assembly of God officiating. Burial will take place in Attica Venice Township Cemetery, Attica.

Friends may call 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
