It is with very deep sorrow that I must tell you that one of my best
friends since 3rd grade and a fellow classmate passed away yesterday,
January 31 at 7:10 pm at Autumnwood Care Center. Joan Reynolds Corriveau had been there for only a month.
She and I have had our differences at times in the past
but she was still one of my best friends and I will miss her terribly.
She is in a better place, with our Lord and Savior, and pain free. May
she rest in peace.

Joan C. Reynolds Corriveau, 77, of Tiffin, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.
Arrangements are pending at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin.
Joan C. Corriveau, 77, of Tiffin, passed away at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.
Joan was born Jan. 3, 1941, in Tiffin, to George A. and Marie M. (Pethtel) Reynolds. She married Richard A. Corriveau, and they later divorced.
Survivors include her son, Richard Corriveau of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; a dear friend, Della Lenhart of Tiffin; and several nieces and nephews.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Barbara Reynolds and Janice Rietmann.
Joan graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1959. She was very proud to have served from 1965 to 1967 in the U.S. Air Force.
A graveside service for Joan will take place at a later date in Greenlawn Cemetery, with full military honors provided by United Veterans Council.
Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County.
