Ronald P. Wellman, 73, of Maumee, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at Toledo Hospital.

Ronald was born Jan. 9, 1939, in Tiffin, to Henry and Evelyn Wellman. He married Peggy (Brown) in Ypsilanti, Mich., and she survives in Maumee.

Ronald also is survived by his mother, Evelyn of Tiffin; two children, Steve (Roxanne) Wellman of Perrysburg and Brian (Angela) Wellman of Sewell, N.J.; five grandchildren; and three siblings, John (Karen) Wellman of Tiffin, Sam (Regina) Wellman of Bloomville and Janice Wellman of Tiffin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry, and a son, Ronald Kent Wellman.

There will be no services at this time.
