J-Anna passed away on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011. J-Anna had congestive heart failure, and died of a heart attack, according to her niece, Renee Traxler. J-Anna had no children. She is survived by her husband, James (Jimmy) J. Hoffman. J-Anna was a retired registered nurse.

J-Anna Sue Hoffman, 66, of Weston, Fla., died Oct. 23, 2011, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
She was born April 21, 1945, in Tiffin, to Oren and Helen Heyman, and they are deceased. She married James "Jimmy" Hoffman of Weston, Fla., and he survives. She also is survived by a sister, June Taylor of Tiffin, and a brother, John Price of Annapolis, Md. A brother, Oren Heyman Jr., preceded her in death.
