Marjorie was the first girl I ever took on a "date" during Junior High.  My dad and I picked her up on Ella Street and I believe we went to Tom Yager's and danced around in the basement.  My memory does not really go back that far - at least an accurate memory!  She has always been a friend and I just was in email contact with her a few days prior to her passing.  2020 has not been the best year for many of us.  May Marjorie rest in peace.

It is sad to see our ranks dwindling.  Marjorie will be missed.  She is with our Lord now looking down on us.

So sad to see another of our class of 1963 passing to the life beyond.  May she rest in peace and her family and friends enjoy the healing power of God's grace.

I am so sorry that Marjorie has passed away. I so enjoyed being a friend with her and having fun together. She was such a good student with so many of us at Columbian High School. Rest in Peace and Know YOU are Not Forgotten. Blessings to your family as they grieve for your passing. Love, Your Friend Judy Simpson Kieffer

I lived in Tiffin from 1st grade through 7th grade and Marjorie was my friend the whole time.

We walked home from school together many, many days. I lived at 363 S. Sycamore St. so went right

past Ella St. The dairy was there on the corner! I loved the Routzahn's house. It had

2 big tall first trees out in front that I always thought shrouded it in mystery!

Over the years we kept up with one another via regulary birthday and Christmas cards ... going both ways... Chicago to Tiffin and Tiffin to Chicago!

She would cut out articles from the paper to save and send with my cards. She was such a sweet and

thoughtful person. I know she will be missed by many people ... me being one of them!

To you all -

Be safe and be kind.

Sincerely, Linda Erf Swift
