2015 "70th Birthday Party"  

What a great time!!! This was a very casual party and it was FREE -- Thanks to the very generous donations from our classmates!!!

Jolly's chicken sandwiches and coney dogs were served along with Jolly's root beer and Ballreich's chips. We also had a birthday cake that was shared after a very loud singing of "Happy Birthday" to us!  After singing, it was pointed out that we had several classmates in attendance that were NOT YET 70! We labeled this group of classmates - "the Babies"! You'll be able to identify this group in the pictures. The "Babies" made a point of flaunting their youth with pacifiers (thanks to Gene Mclead). 

Music:  Our Music for the evening was provided by a local Tiffin group - Dave & Glen and the Xpando Band. Although they were more from the "80's generation of music", they were able to play lots of "our" music. Later in the evening several of our "braver" classmates joined the band to play instruments (tambourine, cowbell, etc.) and to show off some "old time" dance moves! And nobody got hurt!!!

Pictures: Hopefully, everyone who attended will be able to find themselves in one or more pictures. There are 3 pictures of our classmates together. All 3 needed to be included so that you can see a "decent" picture of each of us (eyes closed, head turned, head not visible, etc.). Also, we tried to identify everyone in the pictures, but we may have either misidentified some individuals or for a few folks, we didn't identify them at all. If that is the case, please send a note to either Nancy Heebsh or Mary Ann Remsberg and we will update the photos.

Special thanks to Frank Puesey who came in from England, Larry Magers from Georgia, Dick Lee from Chicago, and Rick Bush from Massachusetts. Rick came in for just the night and flew back the next day. He said he thinks we should have more parties, so he will be thinking up a reason/excuse to have another one!

Several of our classmates had not seen others since our Graduation Day!!!
