BYOB Come enjoy seeing old friends as you pull into town.  Bring your favorite beverage and enjoy light snacks and the music of a great DJ.  Join the fun!

• Morning and Afternoon

Springhill Country Club –

Golf Tournament - Format will be 4-man scramble/handicapped. Mulligans will be available ($5 for two). Tee off will be at 9:00 AM sharp. Please be there by 8:30 AM to sign in. If you are interested, please email Clint Hurst at clint2217@yahoo.com with your handicap, contact phone number and team members (if applicable). If you do not have a team, we will have many there who need teammates. Entry fee is $25.00. Plaques will be awarded Saturday night to the top 3 teams. Poker Tournament – Noon – 3:00 PM Contact Bobby Moody at baddawg93@gmail.com if you would like to play in our planned Saturday afternoon poker tournament. Let him know if you prefer Texas Holdem or Omaha Hi Lo, and or a cash game.

Patio and Lunch/Bar– The patio area will be available to visit, eat lunch, or enjoy a drink from the bar.

Fulwood Park

Tables will be reserved from Noon – 3:00 for families who wish to picnic with families.

 

• Evening – Main Event

Heavy hors d’oeuvres

Adults gather for hors d’oeuvres, dancing, music and fun!

Bar: The Conference center cannot sell alcohol.  Therefore, any alcohol to be consumed that evening will have to be dropped off at a trailer that will be parked at the Springhill Country Club between 3:00 – 5:00 PM.  Beer – Cans Only.  Liquor – Crown Royal, Jack Daniels, Bacardi, Gin, Vodka.  Wine.  You will receive a laminated card that will list what your beverage is and will be punched when you are served a drink.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SIMPLER THE BAR THE MORE QUICKLY EVERYONE WILL BE SERVED.  Please do not bring specialty beers or drinks.  Mixers to contribute for your drinks are limited to Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Cranberry juice.

Note:  Please be mindful that when alcohol is being served that we cannot allow anyone under 21 to be present.  Please arrange for child care during the Saturday evening events.
