I received this update in regard to Kathy LaScola Schneider from Terry Baz Anderson. "I came home and spent 3 days with Kathy. She is struggling and is in a state of decline.  She wants to thank everyone for their continued prayers and heartfelt support.  She still has a sense of humor even in the face of adversity.  She finds it too difficult to text or take calls so I will do my best to keep you informed."

Viewing is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 on Monday, July 21 at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home - 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg. 

The funeral is at 10:30 on Tuesday, July 22 at St. Rose Catholic Church - 215 E. Front St., Perrysburg. A graveside service will follow at St. Rose Cemetary - 11442 Avenue Rd., Perrysburg. There will be a luncheon afterward which will probably be held at the church. U

I appreciate you saying so John.  It's such a loss for all of us as we learn about the passing of long time childhood friends.  He was so special to many of us and I miss him already.  He will be remembered in my prayers as will you.  Hope your family and close friends are well.  Take good care.

Sandy Barrow (Harding)

I'm so sorry to hear of the death of Dennis Peattee. Like, you, Paul, I went through all 8 years of grade school with him at St Ann's. He was a clever creative guy, often underestimated, I think. He contributed a lot to the world with his flight instruction and wheelchair inventions. I last saw him in line at the Hollywood Casino buffet just before it closed. He looked much the same as i remembered him. Rest in Peace, Dennis.

This is a reminder that John Szychowski is having an Open House on Saturday, July 11th. It is open to all '66 CCHS classmates and their guests. It begins at 1:30 at 3474 Kingsgate Road in the Old Orchard neighborhood of Toledo. All are welcome even if you haven't registered for our class reunion dinner on Sunday. It should be a good time reminiscing and reacquainting with our classmates. We hope to see you there.
