There is no doubt that Lisa loved Def Leppard. Kris Clarke, myself & Lisa went to our first Def Leppard concert together in March 1983 as they were opening up for Billy Squier. Michelle Piccolo got me into Billy Squier when she moved here from up north Jersey. Lisa's brother drive us up to the Meadowlands. I can still remember those guys jumping all over the stage with their Brithsh sleeveless tshirts & bandanas on. I also remember Lisa working at the Welsh Farms drivethru store on Rt.9 in Beachwood where the old Bchwd.Police station stood. Like Karen Hill,I also thought "what is that, who would go there? a drivethru convenience store?" Who went there? ME!!. You can't go get milk when you have a small child strapped into a car seat so it was VERY CONVENIENT to go & get milk there PS. Welsh Farms milk has no growth hormones or antibiotics. I didn't really remember her too well at the time when I was going thru the drivethru every couple of days as I was focused on so many other things like my daughter. I do remember seeing her in a Def concert tshirt one day. I have been to many Def concerts since that first one with Lisa.Hearing of her death reminded me of all our other classmates who have passed before her. I still view everyone as I knew them so long ago as kids not as grown ups. In closing, I recently updated my profile with a few sentences. What I didn't write at the time which was just prior to finding out of Lisa's death was that I have only one wish for my fellow classmates and that is I wish them health. Jackie Lathrop O'Connor.

Wow!! It's hard to believe she's gone. Lisa and I have been friends for many years. We always hung out together and drove around in her moms Polaris and than later in her purple gremlin. We had a good time in Syracuse when we went to visit her Aunts and Cousins. She will be sadly missed. Debbie Gregory-McEwien
