Married Ken Carlson (class of '58) 2/21/60, had 2 children, divorced 4/12/89. Married Jim Wilson 5/11/91, he died 9/14/98. Married Charles Southard (class of '58) 6/12/04 and we are having the best time hiking, biking, golfing, wood working, enjoying our 4 Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. After 25 years, I retired from St. of Kansas SRS in 2001. I attended Washburn Univ. but did not graduate. My daughter Karen Emmot graduated from Washburn, both Granddaughters are students at Washburn.
School Story:

Memories of Topeka High School are vague and rather boring, except for the friendships I made and the fun we had outside of school.

Can’t remember if I wished you a happy 80th. Sounds like you are enjoying life as I am. After almost 50 long years with my husband I reconnected with classmate Pete Pallesen & he moved to KC 3 years ago. We are REALLY enjoying life together & at our Rolling Hills Presbyterian church & with friends. Life is good in our 80’s.
