After graduation I attended Washburn University and have a Bachelor of (Applied) Music degree. I attended the Univ of Copenhagen for 1 semester (while a student at WU). After my divorce in '67 I attended K-State for a couple of years and studied Music Education (but mostly had fun!). I worked at Southwestern Bell Tel Co in Topeka and the Kansas City area in the 70's, then transferred to Mountain Bell/US West/Qwest in 1980 and worked in Boulder and Denver. Since I retired in 2002, I have a lot of time to travel several times each year. I've also taken classes for fun and relaxation, including Spiritual/Psychic Development, herbal classes, Yoga, Tai Chi, to name a few. Other than that, I spend time playing games on the computer to try to keep my mind active and spend time with friends. I'm an (computer) activist for animal rights, the environment, world hunger, womens rights, etc (which means signing many petitions and many donations and sending many emails to lots of people who probably wish I wouldn't!!)
I recently moved to a senior (55) community and look forward to participating in the activities.
School Story:

I enjoyed participating in many of the school programs and operettas and basically doing the least amount of work necessary to get through my classes! I especially remember Chemistry in summer school and the fun we had there! :)

I'm so sorry to hear about Joni's passing. She was always somuch fun to be around. Lots of laughter. My condolences to her family and friends. I know she will be missed.

It's nice reading all of these memories of David. I got to know him a little bit in Madrigals. It looks like he passed away 20 yrs ago, in 2001. Nice to be remembered again now.

I'm so sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. I knew her thru grade school, Jr High and High School and we were friends for many years. She was such a sweet, nice and funnny girl and very well liked by many. She had many family members to help her transition over to her final destination. I have so many happy memories of knowing her thru the years and my thoughts and prayers go out to her remaining family and friends. R.I.P. sweet girl.

I remember Diana Jo as a sweet and funny girl and always cheerful. She used to perform in the school's talent shows and her acts were so clever and funny. She was very talented. I'm sure she's now entertaining friends who have gone before us. My condolences to her family and friends.

So sorry to hear of 'Bobby's' passing! We were in school together since grade school. He was so funny and a really 'good guy'! My condolences to hs family and friends. Our class is getting so much smaller now. R.I.P. Bobby.
