I've been very happily married for 28 years now. We have two wonderful sons who will one day - hopefully (there's always hope) - choose majors and actually graduate from college. They may be expensive offspring right now, but they are fun too, and we treasure every moment we spend with them.

We've always loved traveling, and tried to take a family vacation every year when the boys lived at home. They still love to go with us when they can, but as more time passes, their schedules become more hectic, and finding dates that work for all of us is nearly impossible. Somehow we manage to take a trip together every two or three years. Last year, over the winter break, we took the boys and their girlfriends with us to Italy, to all of the little villages we love to visit. It was our first experience traveling with girls...heavenly!!!

The rest of the time we enjoy a very ordinary, simple lifestyle. We have a beautiful backyard that I love to maintain, we ride our bikes together, take long walks on campus, and spend plenty of time with friends.

I can't complain. Life's been good.

Couldn't wait to graduate from high school and, once I did, I never looked back.
