The following was taken from the funeral brochure dated August 31, 1999 for Judy Kay Justis Quy:

"Judy was surrounded by her family on August 26th when the Lord came to take her home. Judy left this world with the same dignity in which she lived her life. Judy was born March 19,1945 in Topeka, KS. She was the second of five daughters. Judy was a devoted and loving mother, sister and aunt. Judy will be remembered  for her sense of humor and her love of laughter. Tennis and her "tennis buddies" were an important part of her life. While living in Cincinnati, Judy started her own advertising specialist business, Quy Marketing. She was involved in many business and civic organizations, including her work with the deaf community, Cincinnati Museum Board of Directors, Women's Entrepreneurial Inc. and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. She had many varied interests. Judy loved to read and enjoyed many kinds of music and art. She will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Private Interment service were held Tuesday morning at the Mayetta Cemetary.Thank you, to all who loved Judy, for your steadfast friendship, suppport, and prayers. She was nourished and strengthened by your kindness. We are all blessed to have had Judy in our lives. We are grateful for her strong will, her dignity, and her loving care for all of us. God Bless our memories of Judy. From the Family of Judy Justis Quy".
