Larry Joseph Repp, 55, Topeka, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at a Topeka hospital.
Mr. Repp was a regional sales manager for Kwik Shop and he retired from the state of Kansas in 2000. He served in the Army from 1964 to 1973 and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was born March 28, 1946, in Manhattan, the son of Floyd and Marjorie Lippencott Repp. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1964 and he attended Washburn University.
Mr. Repp was a member of Philip Billard Post No. 1650 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Moose Lodge, Topeka North Post No. 400 of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus.
He married Janet L. Kirker on Nov. 2, 1991, in Fort Scott. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Marjorie Lippencott, Topeka; three sons, Terrance J. Repp, Youngstown, Ohio, and Troy J. Repp, and Tyson J. Repp, both of Topeka; two stepsons, Neil Claspill and Eric Claspill, both of Topeka; a daughter, Tracy J. Fuller, Topeka; a brother, John Repp, Topeka; three sisters, Donna Sams and Mary Kay Grace, both of Topeka, and Judy Sims, Ottawa; and four grandchildren.
Cremation is planned. Graveside memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Calvary Cemetery. An Army honor guard will conduct military graveside services. Mr. Repp will lie in state after noon Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Basic Cancer Research at Kansas State University and sent in care of the funeral home.
