Robert L. Cook died Sunday morning, April 19, 2015. Robert was the only child of Millard L. and Ruby (Freeman) Cook, born December 3, 1949 in Topeka, Kansas.  He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1968 and served his country as a "Special Forces Demolitions Expert" serving in Germany from 1968-1972. He married Janice Smith in 1972, they later divorced. He married Victoria Croucher in 1978, they later divorced. He married Beverly Best in 2005, she survives. Robert was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Beverly, his daughter Jandy Ness, Colorado Springs, Colorado, his sons Troy Cook, Justin Cook, Topeka, Kansas and five grandchildren. Robert worked for Greg Tire and Fleming Foods, Inc., Topeka. His past times included hunting, fishing, archery, gardening, woodworking and he was also a shade-tree mechanic.

Services will be held Tuesday, May 5 at 7 PM at Countryside Christian Church.
