Michael Hogan

After high school I went to NWCC in Winsted and later The New England Institute of Art in Brookline, MA studying audio production and music business. Left school to join the band Shattersphere w/ some friends and performed for about five years. Met some great people along the way and learned a lot about the music business, as well as making our music available in over 30 countries and getting on MTV. I'm now back in school pursuing my bachelor's in Accounting, and eventually my master's and CPA.

Most of it is a blur now, but I remember our school being in a constant state of remodel, and somebody getting put through a window in the building connectors on what seemed like a daily basis.

How simple life seemed back then compared to now.

In the words of the late Shannon Hoon, "I know we can't all stay here forever, so I wanna write my words on the face of today." Also, I hope everyone is doing well and has found what makes them happy in life.

I should have listened when my teacher told me to go into accounting, because here I am ten years later pursuing my degree in accounting.

Meeting my girlfriend Lisa (also class of '99) and being together for seven years now.
