Bianco as we called him lived around the corner from Mitch Maynard.  They kinda looked alike back then.  Rich was a lucky guy in highschool as Denny McDermot liked him.  Kinda had a crush on her and she and Rich were...ah hooked up.  Bianco was always cutting up and had a bounce in his step.  Good athlete and he kinda knew I had a crush on his girl I think but never worked me over for it.  Miss him...

Rich passed away April 3, 2000.  He was one of my best friends.  We miss him too....

Rich Bianco was a awesome guy.  He and I first met at Cross Jr. High and I always had a lot of respect for him. Not because of his athletic ability or any sort of popularity, but because he always had an infectious smile and great personality.  Whenever we spoke, he always had nice things to say. He was a gentle person, and I was very sad to hear of his passing in 2000 at the last reunion. I think of Rich often.  Be at peace. We miss you.

"Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way that you always used. Put no difference in your tone, wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was, let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was; there is unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just round the corner.

All is well."

It really sucks to hear stuff like this! My fondest memory of Rich was the ski trip to Purgatory/Durango Colorado. I remember him as good looking and funny. I am very sorry for those who loved him and still miss hiom to this day. I will see you again in glory my friend.

Unbelievably cute and so nice to everyone.  I know this is late, but sincere sympathy and wishing his family the best.
