I always wanted to be an architect and by the time I graduated, PV had already served my apprenticeship time. I went to the UofA College of Architecture and then moved into the business world shortly thereafter. I was fortunate to be in the right places at the right times and was part of the teams that created the Disney Stores, the Apple Stores, the original business model for cellular, health clubs, restaurants, and many other businesses. My specialty is franchising and the Editor of the Business Section of the Dallas Morning News named my original company in 1978, "Franchise Architects." For the past 26+ years, I have studied how behavioral sciences impacts everything we do, say, act and behave and how it impacts a business.

I have lived all over the country having settled into Chicago for 37 winters. I moved back to North Scottsdale on May 2014!!!! After all those cold winters in Chicago, I had enough.

I have been fortunate to have traveled the world. I have been all over Europe, the Middle East, Australia, China and, of course, North America. Favorite cities include Avon, Paris, Rome, Lugano, Sydney, Hong Kong, Jedda, Barcelona, Rome, Chicago, Cairo, Nice, and many others.
