School Story:
One thing I could say about Sabino is that I never felt it was all that cliquey. At least with me...I never felt like I was pegged into any one group. I had popular friends, nerdy fiends, athletic friends, lazy friends...smart & dumb alike. I especially enjoyed hanging out with the smart kids in Gate, and Mr. Smith's math classes. Smith...hands down my favorite teacher. And somehow...this kid, who never once particiapted in any sport, student council, or any other extra-ciricular activity was dared into becoming the Senior Class Speaker. And that was one of the highlights of my life.
